The rooms are spacious and have a great vibe (been to a couple of Ruby hotels and I love the musical and contemporary theme). The staff was really friendly and accommodating a special shout out to Lukas for the great recommendations for dinner and sights to see. Breakfast time invites you to a variety of breads and cold meats and cerial options to get you on your way for the day. I loved that the team had some Ginger shots on hand - with winter knocking on the door, it was nice to see the guys thinking of their guests well-being.

Nice location 10 - 15 minutes walk from the Altstadt, similar distance to the main train station (or a 5 minute tram or bus) Lovely hotel with a quirky style.Bright airy room with a galley communal kitchen on every other floor for complimentary tea and coffee and a vending machine for snacks. Good transport network around the hotel. Staff friendly and helpful. Liked the free drink at the bar instead of getting the room cleaned.

The aesthetic of the hotel was really nice. I enjoyed the free tea and coffee in the galley. The bed was comfortable and the shampoo and conditioner smelt amazing. Good location, quiet neighbourhood. Didn't use the bar but looked lovely, seemed like a good place to hangout.

I stayed at Ruby Leni during my trip to see AC/DC and The Pretty Reckless, and this hotel was a perfect match. The hotel has a really rock-n-roll vibe, I truly felt like a rock star backstage before a big concert. The room was stylish and comfortable, there was even a Marshall amplifier in the room! Only regret: I didn’t bring my guitar with me 😊 Online check-in was super convenient, and I picked up my key card at the reception in just a moment. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh options. Overall, a perfect stay. I’ll definitely be back next time

Ruby Leni is located in a great area - you can walk everywhere, there are plenty of restaurants around and the main train station is only a 15-minute walk away. I also liked the overall vibe of the hotel, the decor (something between industrial and modern) and the cleanliness.

My go-to hotel on my regular visits to Dusseldorf. Clean and spacious rooms, bar open 24/7 with great cocktails, live music and pool table but above all the staff in this hotel are as good as anywhere I've stayed around the world. They are absolutely fantastic and make it feel a home away from home for me any time I stay here. Each of them are so friendly, helpful and really look after the guests. Shoutout to Susi, Kevin, Thomas and Alex in the bar. See you again soon.

Great hotel, ideal located in a peaceful part of town, close to public transport and a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The staff are very helpful and friendly and our room was fantastic with a super-comfy bed and a great walk-in shower. Also great value-for-money. A bonus is that you could have a free drink at the bar instead of having your room cleaned by housekeeping. Highly recommended.

We was really enjoyed our stay at Ruby Leni . Amazing hotel with kind and helpful staff. Beds was comfortable, room very clean and had all what we needed it. Very tasty breakfast with a lot of choices. Hotel have a good location too. I’m happy for choosing that hotel for our stay and I’ll be happily coming back! Girl on check in, the same on the bar making coffee's and that on breakfast shift - all great and very friendly.
